Delete and Sync Kindle Book Samples

Whenever I review a book sample and then purchase the book, I have to manually delete the sample and then find the page in the purchased book that I had read up to in the sample. It would be great if this scenario could be automatically detected, and the sample automatically deleted and the page synchronized in the purchased copy.
