<h2>Location Category</h2>
<p> The Category can be an existing Category, or a Category created specifically for that Location. This allows the reuse of already existing categories where appropriate (e.g. The Category could be a Company or Brand name, which does not have to be redefined for each Location it could be used in)</p>
 <ul>
      <li>A Category is set when the Location is created. It can be changed later to any Category which has no restrictions on adding Locations.</li>
    <li>A Location must have a valid Category. A Category cannot be deleted if Locations exist which use it.</li>

<h2>Location Parent</h2>
<p>
    The Parent location must point to a Location which already exists and has no restrictions on adding Child Locations. This creates a Heirarchy of locations, where any Location can only ever have one direct Parent. A Parent location can be changed to any other valid Location after a Location is created, which allows locations to be moved. As the Location ID will not change, the Location can still be found and referenced after it has been moved.

    <li>A Parent Location is set when the Location is created. It can be changed later to any Location which has no restrictions on adding Child Locations.</li>
    <li>A Location must have a valid Parent Location, therefore the Parent Location cannot be deleted as long as the Location exists.</li>

<h2>Child Locations</h2>
<p>
   A Location can have multiple Child Locations. Child Locations are direct decendents of the Location which have the same Location ID set as their Parent Location. These are similar to sub-folders in a file system.

    <li>A Child Location can only be added to a location if the Limits and Locks (see Fields) are valid</li>
    <li>A Child Location must use a valid Category, either a new one created for that Location or an existing one with valid limits.</li>
    <li>A Child Locations are dependent on the Location . A Location cannot be deleted if it has current Child Locations</li>
</ul>
<h2>Child Links</h2>
<p>
   A Location can have multiple Child Links, both to and from the location. Child Links create linked Locations which are not direct decendents of the Location. Any location can have Child Links, and may also be a  Child Link  Location for other Locations (Parent Link). This allows the use of existing Locations where appropriate.
   Child Links can be added or removed without changing the overall real heirarchy of Locations, which is only determined by direct Child Location relationships. These are similar to shortcuts in a file system.

   <li>A Link Location can only be added if the Limits and Locks (see Fields) are valid, for both sides of the Link.</li>
   <li> A Link Location to the other Location does not already exist from the Location (no duplicate Links). </li>
    <li>A Child Link is dependent on both Locations. Both must be valid, and if either is deleted, the Child Link will also be deleted</li>
</ul>
<h2>Location Entry Links</h2>
<p>
   A Location can have multiple Entries added to it. Entries are linked to the Location using the Location ID. Any one Entry can be linked to multiple Locations. A new Entry can be created for that Location, or the Location can be linked to an existing Entry.

<ul>
    <li>An Entry can only be added to a location if the Limits and Locks (see Fields) and for the Entry are valid</li>
    <li>An Entry can only be linked to any individual Location once (no duplicate Entry Links).</li>
    <li>An Entry Location Link is dependent on the Entry and the Location. Both must be valid, and if either is deleted, the Entry Location Link will also be deleted</li>
    <li>An Entry is not depenent on any Entry Location Link or Location.</li>

        If the the currently selected Location cannot have additional Child Locations linked (e.g. Link Locked or 
        Link Limit reached), then you will be asked to enter an alternative parent Location ID as part of the
        Category creation process.

        Images can only be set after the Location has been created, so if you want to set custom 
        Logos, use Edit after the Location has been created.
