Location Links

An Entry can be added to multiple Locations. Entries within a Location are similar to files in a file system. These connections are defined using Entry Location Links.

• A Location can only be added to an Entry if the Limits and Locks (see Fields) are valid.
• An Entry is not dependent on any Location, and an Entry may exist with no Locations defined.
• An Location Link is dependent on both it's Entry and it's Location.

Solution Links

An Entry can have multiple Solutions, and may also be defined as a Solution for multiplen other Entries. These connections are defined using Solution Links.

• A Solution Link can only be added if the Limits and Locks (see Fields) are valid, for both sides of the Link.
• A Solution Link is a one way connection.
• A Solution Link is dependent on both it Entries.

Related Links

An Entry can be related to multiple other Entries andmultiple other Entries may be realted to an Entry. These connections are defined using Relation Links.

• A Related Link can only be added if the Limits and Locks (see Fields) are valid, for both sides of the Link.
• A Related Link is a one way connection.
• A Related Link is dependent on both it Entries.

Other properties of the Entry determine how and by who it can be used. There are also additional fields which can be used to define the Entry in more detail, such as defining it's origin. See the Fields section for more details.
