   <h3>Name</h3>  
      
     <p>
        Name of this Category. This is a required field, with a maximum of 30 characters

 <h3>Display Name</h3> 
     <p>
        Display Name for this Category shown in Browser. This is an optional field, with a maximum of 30 characters. If left blank, it will be set to match the Category Name.
    </p>
    <h3>Icon Image</h3> 
     <p>
        An optional image used in the Browser for any Location using this Category. This is blank by default. When set by downloading an image, the image will be sized to a maximum 64 pixels wide and 64 pixels high. The aspect ratio of the original image will be retained.
    </p>
<h3>Logo Image</h3> 
     <p>
        An optional image used in the Category Location display for this Category. This is blank by default. When set by downloading an image, the image will be sized to a maximum 128 pixels wide and 96 pixels high. The aspect ratio of the original image will be retained.
    </p>
<h3>Description</h3> 
     <p>
        Short description of this Category. This is an optional field, with a maximum of 255 characters.
    </p>


       <h3>Status</h3>  
      
      <p>
        This determines the current Status of the location. Click <a data-ajax="true" data-ajax-mode="replace" data-ajax-update="#ShowStatus" href="/Help-Shared-Page/Status">Status</a> for more details.

      <p>

<h3>Theme Icon Background</h3>

<p>
    This controls whether the Theme Color is used as the background to the Icon. When a category is created, this is set by default to provide a blank icon of the Theme color. If a real icon is set, it may or may not be preferrable to use the Theme as a background (especially if the Icon has transparent areas).

  <h3>Theme Color</h3>  
      
     <p>
        This defines the Theme Color for the category. The value can be entered inot the text box, or set using the provided color picker. This may be used in various display elements for any Category Location display using this Category.
    </p>

    <h3>External URL</h3>  
      
     <p>
        This defines a link to an optional external URL, which can be accessed by clicking the Category Logo. When set, the Logo will show a blue border when selected or hovered over. The link caption will show the URL accessed if the Icon is clicked. The link will open in a new window.
    </p>

    
 
  <h3>Location Add Public</h3>  
      

     <p>
        This sets who can add Locations using this Category. If <b>True</b>, anyone can use this category in a new Location,  within the defined limits.
        If <b>False</b>, only the Category Owner or the administrator can add Locations using this Category. Currently by default this is <b>True</b>
        when the Category is created. This can be changed by the Category Owner or by the administrator.
    </p>

 <h3>Location Lock</h3>  
       

     <p>
        This determines whether any additional Locations can be added using this Category. If <b>True</b>, no more Locations can be added.
        This will override any Location Limit or Location Add Public settings. This can currently only be changed by the administrator.
    </p>
   
     <h3>Location Limit</h3>  
       

     <p>
        This determines how many Locations can be added using this Category. The current default maximum for a User owned Category is <b>10</b>, which
        is set when the Category is first created. This may also be set to Unlimited. This can currently only be changed by the administrator. 
    </p>
