Determines what type of Entry it is. The current options are listed below:
Provides a Title for the Entry. This is a required field, with a minimum of 5 and maximum of 100 characters. This field is shown in all displays which show the Entry.
This field allows allows simple plain content to be provided for the Entry, either as the Entry content, or as a summary overview of the Entry. This is a recommended but optional field. This field is also shown in any list views which show the Entry.
This field allows allows HTML Rich Text content to be provided for the Entry. This can be used for larger entries and/or entries that require additional content, such as tables or links to pictures. This is a recommended but optional field. This field is shown in the list views for Solutions Entries.
This determines the current Status of the Entry. Click Status for more details.
This defines a link to an optional external URL, which can be accessed by clicking the External Link Logo. When set, the Logo will show in List and View screens. The link caption will show the URL accessed if the Icon is clicked. This can be used to point to external content for the Entry, either to add to the normal Entry content or to provide mainly external content to represent the Entry. The link will open in a new window.
This determines the current User Status of the Entry. Click User Status for more details.
This sets who can add Locations for the Entry. If True, anyone can add a Location within the defined limits. If False, only the Entry Owner or the administrator can add Locations. Currently by default this is True when the Entry is created. This can be changed by the Entry Owner or by the Administrator.
Note: If you do not want other Users to add this Entry as Location content, set this to False to prevent any other users from adding Locations for the Entry.
This determines whether any additional Locations can be added to the Entry. If True, no more Locations can be added. This will override any Location Limit or Location Add Public settings. This can currently only be changed by the Administrator.
This determines how many Locations can be added to the Entry. The current default maximum for a User owned Entry is 10, which is set when the Entry is first created. This may also be set to Unlimited. This can currently only be changed by the Administrator.
This sets who can add a Solutions for the Entry. If True, anyone can add a Solution within the defined limits. If False, only the Entry Owner or the administrator can add Solutions. Currently by default this is True when the Entry is created. This can be changed by the Entry Owner or by the Administrator.
Note: If you do not want other Users to add Solutions for this Entry, set this to False to prevent any other users from adding Solutions to the Entry.
This determines whether any additional Solutions can be added to the Entry. If True, no more Solutions can be added. This will override any Solution Limit or Solution Add Public settings. This can currently only be changed by the Administrator.
This determines how many Solutions can be added to the Entry. The current default maximum for a User owned Entry is 10, which is set when the Entry is first created. This may also be set to Unlimited. This can currently only be changed by the Administrator.
This determines how many Flyer Solutions can be added to the Entry. The current default maximum for an Entry is 3, which is set when the Entry is first created. This can currently also be changed by the Entry Owner or Administrator. If set to 0, no Flyer Solutions will be allowed. This limit is a subset of the Solution Limit, and Solution Flyer Entries are counted against both limits. It cannot be higher than the Solution Limit.
This determines the lifespan of Solution Flyer Entries added to the Entry. The current default for an Entry is 14 days, which is set when the Entry is first created. This can currently also be changed by the Entry Owner or Administrator. If set to -1, any flyer will never expire. If a link expires, it is automatically disabled (Expired status). If not renewed, the flyer link may be deleted after a period of time.
This sets who can add the Entry as a Solution to another Entry. If True, anyone can add a the Entry as a Solution within the defined limits. If False, only the Entry Owner or the administrator can add it as a Solution. Currently by default this is True when the Entry is created. This can be changed by the Entry Owner or by the Administrator.
Note: If you only want the Entry to be used for Location content, and not as a Solution, set this to False to prevent any other Users from using it as a Solution.

This determines how many times this Entry can be used as a Relate Entry for other Entries. The current default maximum for a User owned Entry is 10, which is set when the Entry is first created. This may also be set to Unlimited. This can currently only be changed by the Administrator.
The following fields are all used for informational purposes only, and are all considered optional.
An optional Adjective that the Owner can use to describe the Entry. The current default will be Good. Current values can be:
An optional field that the Owner can use to describe the Originality of the Entry. The current default will be Unspecified. This is an Owner opinion only, and does not indicate any claimed ownership (e.g. Patent, Copyright or Trademark related). Current values can be:
An optional field that the Owner can use to describe the Origin of the Entry. The current default will be Self. This is an Owner opinion only, and does not indicate any claimed ownership (e.g. Patent, Copyright or Trademark related). Current values can be:
An optional field used by the Owner to list or define any person, party, company or organization who could be credited with the contents of the Entry. This is an Owner opinion only, and does not indicate any claimed ownership (e.g. Patent, Copyright or Trademark related).
This determines how the entry Entry is shown in the Home page, or when Inclusive is selected for other Locations. The default is False, which means that the Entry will be shown in the Home Page and in higher level Locations when Inclusive is selected. If set to True, the Entry will not be shown in any Location other than the linked Location/s.
This determines wether the Entry is a Flyer Entry. The default is False, which means that the Entry is a non-Flyer Entry. If set to True, the Entry will be classified as a Flyer, and the additional restrictions placed on Flyer Entries will apply. See the Flyer tab for more details on Flyer Entries.
