Suggea may also permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend a User account without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in Suggea's sole determination, a User violates any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy, our Terms of Service, or for no reason.
User Content Advertising Policy
Content submitted to Suggea should not be used as a medium for advertising or promotion, either commercially or non-commercially. Advertising in this context should be considered to include for example, but not exclusively, any user Content which could be considered to meet the following criteria.
- Promote a good or service, such as a product, website, trade service, restaurant or club.
- Promote any political party or doctrine.
- Recruit members to any organization or company.
- Advertise an event such as a festival, music concert, nightclub appearance or political rally.
Flyer Entry Advertising Exception
An exception to the User Content Advertising Policy is the correct use of Flyer Entries. Flyer Entries allow for the explicit use of Entries for advertising and promotional purposes, either commercial or non-commercial. By defining any Entry as a Flyer, the use of that Entry (either as a Location Entry, Entry Solution or Entry Relation) is no longer limited by the normal User Content Advertising Policy (all other content restrictions still apply). There are additional limitations on how Flyer Entries can be used compared with normal Entries (see Help – Entries – Flyer for full limitation details), including lifespan and the ability of Users to opt out of seeing them on their browser.
Trademark
Suggea respects the trademark rights of others. Accounts with usernames, entry, category or location names, or any other content that misleads others or violates another's trademark may be updated, transferred or permanently suspended.
Copyright
Suggea respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is Suggea's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
